Software for a Support of the Entropia Universe Online Game
Duba, Nikolas ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Grulich, Lukáš (advisor)
This software is for helping players of a Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game: Entropia Universe. With this software we can achieve better results in finding resources during mining. Program as input needs points entered separately point by point or massively imported from a file. After properties setup program will visualize the resource area map. Every type has a different color. It allows saving color scheme settings into file and loading them when needed. Points are saved into database and can be exported into CSV or XML file.

Based on these knowledge are set out proposals and objectives that lead to development and improvement in Hostýnsko-vsetínská hornatina.
Methods for Segmented Image Processing
Štěrba, Radek ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Zukal, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with the representation of segmented images using graphs. Different segmentation methods used in processing visual information are described here. Today is mathematics increasingly needed. This fact is not omitted, basic information of graph theory are described in this paper. The second part of this work is practical. It contains a survey of libraries processing graphs. Further the data structures for describing the segmented image are described. Last but not least, there is also described the formation and properties of the operators designed for environment RapidMiner that fill these structures.
Water park Brno
Krček, Jan ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. In the place of the original children's pool and extension to the places of today's little park in front of the building there is space f
Detection of Landscape in Images
Dufka, Zbyněk ; Křupka, Aleš (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
The target of this thesis is theoretical summary of methods, which are used for detection of objects in database of images. Next step is to develope own algorhytm for detection of landscape. Theoretical part describes methods Viola-Jones and HOG, which are used for detection of human faces and anomalies on radiographs. This analysis is concerned with segmentation method and algorhytm for data mining from images, which contain the landscape scenery. Appropriate method and its analysis could contribute to create and to implement into developement enviroment RapidMiner in the second part of thesis.
Risk Process Evaluation
Jakab, Robert ; Ráb, Jaroslav (referee) ; Marušinec, Jaromír (advisor)
The first part of my work is focused on technology of Oracle. Here are mentioned individual languages, which works with data and different data types. Here is made clear manner, how are data saved in the database. Next I described technology of Apollo, on which information system Apollo is build. Next part of my work is analyze, in which is described present state of evaluation risk process and requests, which are layed on this module. Following chapter is implementation. There are described both database schema and by detail parts of module in a form of strips. Here is at large interpreted the way how to value risk and risk process. This chapter contains print reports for this module as well. The next chapter is dedicated to how module was brought to functioning. Except making this module running in information system Apollo is here a chapter about education of employees. In the closure I present evaluation of reached results, show next development and present my own benefit.
moving objects tracking
Bradáč, František ; Gogol, František (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with founding and tracking of moving objects inside of visual field and prediction of their future position. The created methods combine few approaches for solution this problem. First, the most probable of the static part of the observed scene is created. Then this model is used to detect moving objects. The correspondence of objects between two consecutive pictures is performed by analyzing of motion of these objects. For analyzing of motion of the objects optical flow is used. Prediction of the future position is performed by Kalman filter. Providing suitable condition these methods are able to track the moving objects even if these objects are passing closely or colliding. The methods are implemented in language C++ and their functionality was verified by sample with scanned non static scene.
Deep-Seabed Mining in the Area: Environmental Aspects of the Legal Framework
Hron, Štěpán ; Žákovská, Karolina (advisor) ; Sobotka, Michal (referee)
85 11 Abstract Deep Seabed Mining in the Area: Environmental Aspects of the Legal Framework The thesis focuses on the environmental aspects of regulation of deep-seabed mining in areas outside national jurisdictions, collectively referred to as the Area. Deep Seabed Mining (DSBM) is a potential future method of commercial extraction of non-renewable resources, metals and rare earths, collectively referred to as Minerals, conducted at depths between one and six kilometres below the ocean surface. Like all other mining operations, these activities would affect the surrounding ecosystems and the ocean environment as a whole, which is already under considerable pressure from other human activities. Effective protection of the marine environment therefore requires sophisticated legislative and policy framework to avoid irreversible and unacceptable consequences, including loss of genetic resources, biodiversity and deepening threats to climate stability. The diverse set of rules that govern the DBSM has been shaped over the last 50 years by various interest groups and under the influence of the latest scientific knowledge and technological developments. Its backbone are the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and the 1994 Implementation Agreement. The provisions of Part XI of UNCLOS...
